Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CTRL-A, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share access tokens or allow unauthorized access to your workspace.

AI Agent Usage

AI agents operate within the permissions and trust levels you configure. You are responsible for reviewing agent outputs before acting on them. CTRL-A is not liable for decisions made based on agent recommendations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CTRL-A agents for illegal activities, harassment, generating harmful content, or circumventing security controls. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

Intellectual Property

Content you create using CTRL-A agents belongs to you. The CTRL-A platform, its agents, and underlying technology are proprietary and owned by CTRL-A.

Beta Data Terms

If you sign up with a cohort promo code (alpha/beta), you are participating in our free beta program. By checking the beta-consent box at signup, you agree:

Your usage data during the free beta period helps improve CTRL-A for everyone.
Conversations and workflows may be used to train and improve AI agents.
No personal financial or health data will be shared externally.
You can request data deletion at any time by emailing privacy@ctrl-a.dev.
Free beta access may be limited or revoked at our discretion.

Paid-partner promo codes (EARLY75, PARTNER25, Product Hunt codes, generic discount codes) and full-price subscriptions do NOT participate in this program. Your data remains fully private.
